About Me

Am from Eldoret town in the nifty valley province parts of Kenya, I grew up and was raised in a small village called Kapsoya, my parents are farmers growing up in the village were we practice farming gave me passion take agriculture in campus.
I studied at kipkaren primary school and Uasin Gish-u boys high school, I schooled at Egerton university of agriculture and technology and achieved a diploma in agriculture.
After campus i tried to secure a job later i started to grow maize for commercial purposes.
I come from a big family of 9 members am married with two children both boys and living on rental houses were i pay rent and cater for family upkeep.
my hobbies are playing football and pets.

My Business

I am a farmer who sells maize to companies and local small food groceries in my community, I started this after completing campus and now 4 years on the business i have managed to secure potential customers and leased more plots for plantation so to be consistence with supplies.
I have taken interest in farming of maize and beans which demand are high especially during dry spells.
I harvest 25 to 28 bags of maize from an acre after 3 months and sell during high prices at a price of 1,200 ken ya shillings per bag reflecting a total of 33,600 ken-ya shillings from every acre, I now have 3 acres of land that i lease for plantation.
After deducting expenses i make a profit of 22,000 ken-ya shillings per acre and in a year i harvest twice.
I have a future in farming and will soon build a permanent house for my parents from the money i get from farming.

Loan Proposal

I will buy a donkey at 55 us dollars, construct a bigger store ata cost of 250 us dollars,
The donkey will help during digging and transportation and the store will enable me keep my produce safe as i wait for prices to raise.
Thank you lenders.
