About Me

I am the first born in a family of 8 including my parents, two brothers and three sisters. I went to school in the same are for my lower levels and later joined my degree career in jomo Kenyatta of agriculture and technology for an information technology degree. Later after completion I opened my business in Naivasha (home place) where I have been since there as an IT technician, web developer, system analyst and computer based training in the area. I had small and humble beginning with a computer and later as time went by using my one computer and a small printer have been able to acquire loans and bought my 12 computers and printers that I use to do the rest of my computer jobs I thank God since in the area I have been able to raise a standard such that I lend the best quality and best job in the area by providing the necessary IT services in the area amidst my competitors

My Business

My business name is Fairtech computer solutions and Computer College. This where I offer services like, computer based training, computer services e.g. printings, photocopy, scanning, laminating, book binding, internet services and other services like computer networking system development and management, wed development and hosting and many more services. It is located in Naivasha Kenya.
There is demand for the goods and services I offer in the area since computer are the only devices making working easier in the whole world. The need for computer based training is high and other computer services that I lender in my center. people need to make copies, laminate documents bind books including companies and individuals who I have designed website and designed and developed systems. e.g. of such are Kenya Panda Flowers Limited where I developed and Designed their company website.
My customer prefer my business and services I offer since ave raised my own standard such that no one in the area has my standard. I have employed a computer instructor who is qualified also who assists me in the business and I know with him we will go to higher levels in the business.
The business faces very small risks which include small space leading to over clouding and customer may change premise because of the place being occupied by students especially in the evening when workers come for the training after their jobs. Security is good and all other risks are manageable.
I incure costs like:
Ksh10,000 for house rent
Ksh2,500 for electricity
Ksh10,000 for my employee
Ksh30,000 for my net salary
Ksh78,000 for the business expenses
I get income revenues ranging from ksh120,00-ksh130,00 when the job is at pick
My profit ranges between ksh60,000-ksh70,000 per month.
I also save in a group where have shares worth ksh22,000 by now and it is 4 months old.

Loan Proposal

during this oncoming holiday, I intend to offer computer lessons in my premise and thus will have an opportunity since students who graduate from high school will be joining many small colleges amongest mine to acquire computer knowledge and skills. I inted to purchase 6 branded computers inorder tp make this a success.
