AFTER ATTENDING KIPTENDEN PRIMARY SCHOOLAND LATER KAPSABET BOYS HIGH, I HAPPENED TO BE SO BRIGHT AND WAS ABLE TO JOIN THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF KENYA, LEADING UNIVERSITY IN TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION. ALL MY LIFE I HAVE ALWAYS GREW AS A INNOVATOR. SINCE FIRST YEAR I HAVE BEEN INNOVATING AND DEVELOPING DIFFERENT MODELS, RECENTLY I DEVELOPED A CAR MODEL THAT USES BOTH MOTION AND DISPLACEMENT SENSORS. I AM CURRNTLY IN FIFTH YEAR AND WITH MY SMALL PROJECTS I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SELL THE MODELS TO OTHER STYDENTS AND ALSO PRIVATE CLIENTS AND INNOVATION HUBS HERE AT KENYA.

THERE ARE TWO INNOVATION INNOVATION HUBS HERE IN KENYA I HAVE BEEN ATTENDING THEIR LESSONS AND EXHIBITIONS; I-HUB AND CHANDARIA INNOVATION CENTRE. FROM THE LESSONS I LEARNT THERE I HAVE BEEN CREATING MODELS AND SMALL OTHER PROJECTS FOR SALE AND FORSURE I AM GETTING RETURNS OF KSH.10,000 PER PROJECT. LAST MONTH I BOUGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR A GAS-LEAKAGE DETECTOR PROJECT COSTING ME ABOUT KSH.8000 AND AFTER FABRICATING, PROGRAMMING AND MODELLING THE PROJECT I SOLD TO A CLIENT AT KSH. 15,000 WITH DOCUMENTATION. THE COST THAT I ALWAYS INCURR IS THE PURCHASE COST OF THE REQUIREMENTS WHICH INCLUDES MICRO-CONTROLLERS, SENSORS, POWER SUPPLIERS, RESISTORS, ARDUINOS, PCB BOARDS, CAPACITORS, WIRES, ETC.
SINCE I AM COMPLETING UNIVERSITY SOON I AM REALLY ENCOURAGED TO DO AS MANY PROJECTS AS POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GAIN EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS SO THAT AS I PLAN TO START A SIMPLE INNOVATION CENTRE LATER AFTER CAMPUS, I WILL BE WELL SKILLED AND EXPERIENCED. I BELIEVE THAT ENTREPRENEURSHIP IS THE WAY OF LIFE AND I AM REALLY IN LOVE WITH THIS INNOVATION CAREER BECAUSE IT IS MY LIFE AND I HOPE ONE DAY I WILL ACHIEVE MY DREAMS.
Loan Proposal
I have my younger brother called Edwin Kibet, he is autistic and over years since he joined school he has not been continous in his education like many other autistic children. Therefore, due to the struggles that my mother goes through in teying to teach him at home, I decided to come up with autistic teaching aid application. The model of the application will be in both software and hardware artefacts. The simulation will be run on both Simulink and ISIS. The application will easily teach the autistic children howv pronounce vowels, letters etc. Also differentiate colours and identify different objcts.
The hardware will be a model constructed of the following components;
1) Atmega 32: this will be the host of the program. It will cost 60 dollars.
2) Programmer : This is an interface that loads the program to the Atmrega. It will cost 80 dollars.
3) LCDs: different dosplays will be required ranging from 16*2 . They will cost 20 dollars each.
Other components are available from the innovation centres I work with.
Since I have several project models currently on sale, I will be using the returns to payback the weekly installments. After completing the autistic learning aid applications, I will exhibit and sell to schools and also parents with autistic children. Lets us all help educate autistic children. Thanks zidisha lenders
