About Me

My name is Mary Ansah born in the village call Akim Dompim in the year 1965 in eastern region , a town near Akim Akropong , I was born to a father call Isaiah Kwaku Adutwum and Salome Adubea they now all pass away , I raised up in that village which i started my primary school there after i complete class six, went to Akim Akropong to further my education from form one to form four .
I had my form four living school certificate in the year 1983 .
After i had my form four living certificate , I came to Accra to Stay with my elder Sister , she was then trading , so i used to help her , In fact i stayed with her for some years , and then a man called Ernest Kwaku Baah came to ask of me and married me, God blessed us with three children two girls and one boy. Suddenly the man run away and left us alone , whiles my third born was only two weeks old , My Junior brother was with me so he help me little by little , So after two months , a good Samaritan came to help me with some money to start with some small trading , A school is in the front of our house , so i started trading with this petty petty goods that you seen as my profile picture till now , And as you know , a single mother with three children, we all depend on that small business , Until my brother came to introduce me about Zidisha .
For all of them are in the university , and in fact is not easy , very difficult for me in this our economy . That is why am applying for Zidisha loan to support my business to raise them to complete their school so that can get a better job, One is doing Business, one is Accountant, and one is journalist, I like to play ampe , that is my hobby. Thank you .

My Business

My business is the things that needed by the school children most , its moves fast because it is daily business , they buy every day.
They are sachet water , balloons ,biscuits , ice cream , bread ,chocolates ,soft drinks, fruits , soaps, exercise books , pencil's , Text books , Math-set , Set-squares ,clips, Official papers, A4- sheets, Canes, rulers , crayons, poster colors, Markers, chalks, Note books, Dusters, Etc etc.
In fact this business the profits is very all small so it needs a huge capital so that you purchase more goods , And that u can have a lot of goods in your shop, and at list i may need a capital of about One thousand Dollars ($1000) , But with your Hundred Dollars, if giving it to me i will add it to the little that i have to continue, and work hard with it, The profits that will come from this business i will use some to take care of my children at school and also use some to reinvest in the growth of the business, and there is more plans ahead of me to do , ,I wont to buy a land to build my house, So i believe with the help you Zidisha i can achieve this dream that i have, I thank so much Zidisha for your kindness , and thanks also goes to my brother who introduce you to me.

Loan Proposal

I will buy with money or the loan that you will give it to me with Educational material like Exercise books , Text Books , Pens and Pencils ,Erasers , ect , I will use $100 for that goods .
And also others like Biscuits Soft drinks and other little little consuming products that school children s likes most , that ones too i will use $100 for that goods .
I believe that, because my next loan will be big than the first loan, i will be able to purchase more goods , i will expecting 80 to 90 per cent profits on all the goods that am going to purchase with my next loan , If it raise to me by zidisha.
