About Me

am a student of university of education winneba.am offering a four year degree IT programe. i happen to come from a family with a poor background. i was unfortunate to lose my parents as at primary five. it is through God and assistance from good people that i made it this far.

My Business

i dont actually have a businness now. but i do assist a friend who deals in laptops sales in kumasi adum and through that i have been able to raise something every week. am actually looking for enough capital to start my own adventure and thats why i resorted to Zidisha loan so that i can make some income to start my own business.

Loan Proposal

i will use it for my academic expenses, personal upkeep and also to support my business idea. i would appreciate it if the loan can be increased to GHS 2000 cater for my business plan and academic expenses. i know with the stated amount, it will be enough for me to do all that i have plan for. i believe if offered this loan i will be able to payback within the shortest possible time because of the viability of the business.

He said he'll repay it. He's expecting some money so as soon as he gets hold of it he'll repay it.

Sorry Seg-ib... I did read that. I just noticed it said "I don't actually have a business now" before you were talking about that stuff, & then under loan proposal you said "I will use it for my academic expenses, personal upkeep and also to support my business idea." ... So I was just curious what your business idea was, as I thought maybe it might be something separate from buying the electronics from your friend?

Sorry for making you repeat yourself, I did read the description before, sorry.

    All the best, Emma.

i partner with a friend in Kumasi Adum in the sales of laptops and computer accessories. this loan is helping me a lot because am widening my financial base to be able to cater for my academic expenses and also grow the business. i have been able to raise my weekly earning form 250 Ghana cedes to 500 Ghana cedes. i used part of my earnings back in the business, part for settling my loan with you people and part for my academic expenses and personal upkeep. i spent most of my holidays doing work to earn living because i lost both of my parents at an early stage. i also find some time to exercise myself in football and sometimes volleyball. my mother was a food vendor when she was alive and my father was a farmer and a revenue collector before death took them away from me. this is my story so far.

    Hi Seg-ib :-)

What's the "business idea" you're trying to fund please? Or is this loan mainly for academic expenses etc?

Wishing you all the best, Emma from Australia.
