About Me

My name is Asomah Brown. I am from Berekum a town in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana.I am thirty two years of age. I was born on the 10th month of November, 1982.I am fair in complexion. I have black hair and quite tall, about one point five meters and a bit muscular. I am in a family of five and the eldest son of my parents.
I had my basic education at Akab complex school and completed in the year 2000.I continued my secondary education in Sunyani the capital of Brong Ahafo Region. I furthered at Berekum College of education where I obtained a Diploma in education. Currently I am in my final year at The University of Education Winneba. My hobbies are playing footballand watching movies. I enjoy fufu a local food in Ghana and light soup. I am friendly and a passionate person.

My Business

My delight in the arts led me into discovering my God giving talent which is blending various designs to come out with different clothing styles. I started the clothing production after I completed Senior High School and could not continue due to financial difficulties. I started with a base capital of about 100 dollars loaned me by a friend. I had to sow my products at a friend’s shop. After six months, I was able to open my own shop with just a sewing machine. Due to the quality of my products.,People patronized my clothing’s and within a year I was able to buy two other machines and took two apprentices.Today,though am having my University Education by Distance, am able to work alongside my studies.People prefer my to buy my clothing because offer them on credit especially government workers who pay at the end of the month. I look up to expanding my shop to employ more apprentices and buy Electric sewing machine so that my profit will be increased.

Loan Proposal

I will use the requested amount to buy an electic sewing machine to help speed up my work.Currently,I use a manual sewing machine which does not promote the pase of my work. I want to buy an electric sewing machine which costs about 200 dollars.I will top this loan of 100 dollar with savings I have from the profits I save.I hope the Electric machine will help increase my profit to about 100 %per current profit per month.
