my name is Horace Owiti Omondi. I am twenty seven years old. I live in kisumu city in the western region in the great republic of Kenya. I am a Christian and born again. I have three siblings who are all in high school. I have graduated with a diploma in business management and yearn to start my undergraduate degree soon. my hobby is swimming, going out for a bicycle ride, reading story books and novels. my greatest achievement was when I was awarded the greatest swimmer in a local swimming competition even though I count it as an achievement I find it hard to cope with the situation at times due to financial difficulties.
I opened my small business shop in the year 2015 and has been funding my sports activities. I sell a wide range of items such as sodas, flour, milk, bread, stationery, sugar, salt, cereals etc mostly at a retail price. I also make school uniform which I take to other local markets. in the few years to come I yearn to open a new shop.
The loan fund is actually going to help me purchase more embroidery threads which are used to design the flowers as seen in my photo. these threads have different colours depending on the design the customer wants. each roll of thread costs ksh. 45 that is $0.45. I'm also going to purchase parkaging materials which cost $2 this is ksh. 250 per set.
