Am Kwasi Ransford and a second hand goods dealers at Aboso market.I Started my business some years in October which was a small business and raise some funds for my living as a result of hard work.My problems in my work hinders my development in terms of costumers satisfaction, Financial increasement etc is the fact that I my goods are small and also am with the vision to employ other people to work with me if my goods increase.

And if all things are put well I can employ workers here and as well this will help me supply my costumers well when they come in numbers to buy in bulk and retails.All these efforts are to push my work up and raise a high profit for me.200 CEDI's to buy stocks of trousers,shirts,pullovers,40 CEDI's to buy hangers and payments of workers here 60 CEDI's.

Once I have people employed here I can satisfy my costumers well when they are many here to buy and I would wish to improve my input and as well get a high output from my work.Paying workers of 50 CEDI's and also increase input of goods by 100 % of the goods in my shop of 300 CEDI's.Thank you for I really appreciate your support for me all times.
