About Me

I am a male, first born in a family of four. I was brought up by my parents together with my other siblings in the rural area of Siaya county. I used to walk several kilometers to school and my parents worked very hard to ensure that I finish my school work. I loved electronics from a young age so it became my ambition that I become an electronic engineer. I am happy that today I have begun to live my dream. I like serving in the church and also do assist the poor in my neighbourhood. I have very high hopes for the future. I value team work and commitment towards a course.

My Business

I repair electronic equipment especially mobile phones and tablets. It took me about six months of training and after that I was able to raise a small capital to start my own business. I open every morning and receive customers with different kinds of problems. I am able to solve most of them but I still lack the required machines and equipment to do more complex repairs. At the moment, I can make enough money to pay for the workshop rent and bills and also remain with a little for family use. If I could get a loan, I would acquire the equipment and accessories to ensure I can do more repairs and get to repay my loan and grow my business.

Loan Proposal

This is the first loan amount I have requested. After I have proven my comitment, I wish to borrow a higher amount then I will buy a hot air machine, mobile phone accessories and display cabinet for my shop. The hot air machine costs about 100 dollars, Display cabinet will cost about 90 dollars different samples of accessories will cost 60 dollars.
The additional inventory will increase my earnings by upto 60 percent. I will then be able to afford better education for my children and increase my participation in the church by giving more assistance to widows

I would like to wish members a peaceful end year festivities. All of you regardless of religion; let us reflect on the ending year and opportunities that lie ahead in the coming year. Let us also remember those in desperation give whatever we can and pray for them. In my neighborhood, everyone is jovial! I look forward to celebrate with family and friends. Be safe everyone!

    Hello,
I wish to thank Zidisha for their continued support. After I got my initial loan of Ksh. 500, I have been able to identify my supplier network both locally (Mombasa) and in Nairobi. What's more; I have repaid my first installment and waiting for the next as I seek more networking opportunities. I have confidence that my plans will sail through. Thank you very much dear lenders!
