About Me

I am Samuel Kiptoo Koech, a recent graduate who is seeking a way to earn via online freelance working. I am in my mid-20's and I plan to seek for enough capital that can enable me to make the freelancing thing a workable source of income for me. Recently, I have also started an initiative of selling second-hand ladies' shoes and hand bags with my wife as a partner.

My Business

I do online freelance writing and research assistance for clients in academia and transcription and copy-writing for sites. I also do transcribing work and online content development for online marketers, especially those engaging S.E.O activities and blog writing for online product and service affiliate marketing . I partly outsource my tasks to other willing freelancers for a cut of the pay. Recently, I have also ventured into the selling of secondhand ladies' shows and handbags with the assistance of my dear wife.

Loan Proposal

I plan to use this new facility to buy a new TFT-screen for an incomplete desktop that I acquired from a secondhand dealer at 8,000 kshs. I want to add one more writer to my writing team, and there is a need for the creation of a new workstation with a desk, office chair, and fully-equipped computer. I have acquired some of the other items, but I lack a display screen for the computer. I can acquire the TFT-screen at 3,500 kshs and the rest of the remaining amount from this facility can go into my monthly internet charges that often amount to an estimated 1,500 kshs.
This will be a great boost to my venture because with an additional hand at the workplace I can get more work done in a day, and this would imply that I can earn more in a day while also providing another person with a means to make some income. This will also better my capability to repay the loan. Thanks in advance as I wait for your consideration.

I would like to thank all my lenders from all corners of the world for their generous efforts of making these affordable loan facilities accessible. Past loan facilities have helped me in paying my little office's internet and power bills. The last loan facility helped to buy a Faiba Mifi gadget that will enable me to connect seamlessly to internet alongside other freelancers to whom I outsource some of my tasks, and who work within the same office. The amount offered will help me get a MI-FI internet equipment that will enable more of the writers and transcribers that I work with to use the same wireless network within our work space. I would like to give great thanks to my lenders for making my plans realizable through this micro-lending plan. I have been able to use the past loan facilities to foot my internet connection and power bills, which support my online freelancing venture. I plan to use the net loan facility to get a wireless Mi-Fi connection equipment for my internet connection so as to enable the people that we work with to share the work space and connection without the need of everyone having their own modem. I hope that as the facility increases I will be able to use it to procure more equipment and software to facilitate my online work. Thanks a lot Zidisha and all the lenders that have made this possible for me.

Thanks a lot my lenders for the funds that I received (1904kshs). I used the amount to pay for my monthly internet connection and power bills, which support my online work. I am thankful to Zidisha for their funding which has enabled me to pay for my internet connection and power bills on time. My writing bureau is doing fine and its my hope that with more help I will be able to hire more writers and transcribers who will help me accomplish more as the high season nears. The past loan was basically effective for paying for my internet connection and electricity bill. But I hope that with a better and higher facility i will be able to do more. Thanks Zidisha and the affiliated lenders that made this come through.
