About Me

I was born and raised in a remote village of mukuyu in kakamega county. life was difficult due to abject poverty . however with the little that my mom could afford from her food vendibg businness I managed to make it through primary, secondary and college education. I qualified with a diploma in business administration but job seeking became anither hell as it bore no fruits. I therefore decided to venture into small scale chicken rearing business.which I still do upto now

My Business

my business is chicken farming. I rear both broilers and layers hence pumping into the market fresh chicken meat abd and eggs. my goods are in high demand since the place I operate from has a dense diverse population that gives a high demand for different varieties of foods. in a day my running costs are approxinately 700 kenyan shillings which in the long run gives me a daily revenue of about 1000 kentan shillings. the profits I realuse from my business is used to expand the business and also cater for daily running costs.

Loan Proposal

All the moneys raised, if successful, will be channelled into purchase of feeds and suppliments as well as renovating chicken shelters. With better and well fed stock, I expect my chicken to command a higher markrt price due to a consequent increase in both live and dead weight. When well fed, ny chicken will also lay eggs more regularly. I expect this to help me cater for my family needs and as well be able to fulfill the communitys demand for chicken meat.
