About Me

Francis Asare-Boateng Jnr is my name. I am 30years of age and a Teacher by profession who teaches Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Anglican Junior High School at Abeadze Dominase a town in the Mfantseman Municipality in the Central Region of Ghana. I am the fifth child of my parents. My hobbies are reading and playing football. I hail from Saltpond.
As an ICT Teacher who teaches ICT, I am more passionate and very much enthused with improving the learning horizon of my learners in the field of Technology. I thought it to be more resourceful to establish an ICT centre to enhance teaching and learning of ICT in my community. I am appealing to the kind people of Zidisha to support me raise some funds as capital to make my dream a reality in order to bring transformation to the people of my community. As George Couros said "Technology will never replace great teachers, but technology in the hands of great teachers is transformational".

My Business

The ICT centre is a place where people can use computers, the internet, and other media; get training and obtain a variety of other communication-related services. This ICT centre is to create an enabling environment for research and tele-working to increase employment opportunities. The ICT centre will also be able to influence a wide range of development issues such as business and education development to the extent to which information and communication is important to individual users.
MISSION: To provide easily accessible structures for quality education and skills training in ICT and it related fields at a low cost.
VISION: To enrich people's/learner's talent in the area of science and technology so as to be innovative in their community.

Project Proposal

(1) Purchasing of some ICT equipments such as computers, printers, scanner, UPS, Photocopier machine, projector and other accessories.
(2) Renting a spacious room
(3) Transportation fare
