I have talked to Mr Kusi on the phone and reminded him about her debt. We had a good discussion and we both came to the conclusion that, reducing his repayment amount will help him. He has agreed to reduce the repayment amount and would resume his repayments soon.

This is not Riches's intention to delay this repayment but renovation of his shop that makes him impossible for him to pay the loan.
