About Me

My name is Timothy Karibu, born 29yrs ago near the Aberdare mountain in the cold Nyandarua county.I attended Munyeki Primary school, which was eight kilometers from my home.Nevertheless i worked hard and attained good grade in my final exam.I am blessed with one daughter who aspires to be a musician.I love to travel with my family during my leisure time.

My Business

My business involves the sale of common household items:a general grocery shop. Most of the goods are bought from the wholesalers while some are delivered to me by suppliers.
I chose the business because of the high population around and few shops meaning less competition.I supplement with beauty products and non-conventional medicine.
My main costs include buying of goods which usually costs me around 7000 KSH per week, rent 4500 per month and other bills.
In a month ,i get a net profit of approximately 8000KSH which i use to grow my business, and cater for my daughter.

Loan Proposal

The loan will help me expand my business by being able to order more stock. The loan will also assist me to increase variety of my products which has been limited by lack of enough capital. The goods which i hope to increase includes the non-perishable items and also beauty products.
This i hope will increase my profits due to variety and increased goods.
