About Me

I am a young gentleman ,being the fifth born in a family of 6 children. I am a Kenyan resident of Naivasha town in Nakuru county,90km from Nairobi city.
I am a business man, dealing with second hand apparels as well as shoes.
Due to dense population growth that has been in Naivasha as a result flower farm located in the area, there has been a vast demand of second hand clothes due to their affordability as a result of low income earning. This has has inspired me to invest on the same and as a result i have been able to create more clientele and i end up making profits. I am self employed as opportunities for formal employment are limited and apparels provide a steady from of income that will sustain me.

My Business

I am a second hand apparel dealer, due to dense population growth that has been in Naivasha as a result flower farm located in the area, there has been a vast demand of second hand clothes due to their affordability as a result of their low income earning. This has has inspired me to invest on the same and as a result i have been able to create more clientele and i end up making profits i have plans to grow the business to increase the clientele.currently i do deal in ladys' tops, jeans and shoes.
My business location is behind the Laikipia university college (Naivasha Campus),thus affording me a steady stream of customers all throughout the year.
I am certain due to the particular items on offer and with a reference to my price point, customers will always be making purchases from my shop.
From the business i manage to meet my monthly expenses, both for the shop as well as my rented residence. Therefore any financial channeled into this investment will for sure yield more profits

Loan Proposal

Due to my business picking up,I feel that moving into a larger spaced room as well as increase my stock as this will allow me to provide a wider variety of merchandise. Currently I do operate from a little shop that is becoming overcrowded, thus I feel moving into a more spacious room will afford me more space to be able to deal with my customers as well as stock more merchandise. Currently my business rent is USD30 monthly while the space I have in mind will be charging USD 40 monthly.the new premise will be adjacent the gate of the Laikipia university college (Naivasha College), the source of majority of my customers. I also do intent to stock men foot wear.I have observed this to be a good business. I am looking forward to your generous funding to help make my business grow as well as actualize myself.thank you in advance.
