About Me

Antwi is my name, I'm 30 years of age and with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. I majored in the field of Agronomy,During my tertiary education with University for Development Studies (the university with the biggest Agriculture Faculty in Ghana) I undergo several researches and on-farm project with have highly increase my knowledge in the field of Agronomy. As part of my training in the field of agronomy I had the opportunity to do my industrial attachment with the biggest Research institution in Ghana (CSIR-SARI).

My Business

I'm into the production of vegetables. I hold four separate farm I have been farming about three (3) years now.
My farms are situated closer to water source (river). I use simple irrigation technique to draw water from the rivers to water my crops during the dry season. Normally I sell my produce to middle women, but on few occasions I do sell to schools, hotels, restaurant, local food vendors. I have employed four farm assistants to assistant me in the farm operations. Advancement in technology has help our generation to increase farm profit with reduction of cost. But in order for one to adapt these modern technologies, one needs to invest in them. I'm seeking for fund to help me adapt these technologies in order to help me increase my productivity and profit margin as well as expanding my farms.
