About Me

Am ephantus from ndunyu njeru a family of 3 kid 2 boys one girl.am a farmer mainly dealing with French peas,also I have reared livestock including cow sheep and goat. Mostly I rely on production of French peas which I prefer as it fetch good money as compared to other type of farming in this ndunyu njeru area.we ate at the border of our constituency to the northern side before reaching kipipiri.

My Business

Am a farmer mainly growing French peas ,I do it on a 2 acre piece of land. The farming does well in this area due to good climate and rainfall throughout the year.a this kind of farming require adequate rainfall especially during flowering of the peas.on average I get USD 100 per month but on good harvest I can fetch USD 250.with this fund I can be able to pay Zidisha loan without delay.

Zidisha and lenders, am hoping to increase my farming aactivities by first planting 1acre of fodder crop for my cow as to prepare for the January February dry spell this will cost USD 400 for buying of oat and land preparation,fertilizer and labour.am intending to plant peas in 2 acre land with a cosy of USD 600 including land preparation and labour plus seeds and fertilizer.
