About Me

Would like to give my appreciation for the support i have received so far from the group. It out of the loans extended i have managed to start of my passion fruits farming something. This a great milestone since the whole idea was a dream before Zidisha stepped in and made it to be reality.

I have managed to plant some fruits & already they have started fruiting meaning very soon i will start making some money from my farming buiness thanks to zidisha lending flaternity.

My Business

My business has always been farming which is still have passion & traesure on, On close look of kenyan economy many of young peaople are looking for white colour jobs leaving farming activity to the old retired people to do farming

This has greatly affected food production & created a very good business opportunity to any energetic young kenyans who will embrace farming & adopt new farming techniques.

With above in mind coupled with my passion in farming i started a journey of growing passon fruits with the assistance of Zidisha. Currently the fruits are in flowering stage & will start generating weekly cashflows propably in 1.5 months time. From the loan am sourcing i want to expand on my plants which will gurantee me a stable source of income as i also look in growing other crops infuture.

Loan Proposal

From Zidisha group I have managed to start a passion fruit farm with approximately 700 bushes. The farm is thriving well but with limitations since I depend wholly on rain fed water. This has become a challenge since the rain has become yunpredictable and short over the years. With this it has drastically reduced output levels of the plant. With the amount I will raise from the loan I want to buy a water pump with estimated cost of ksh 12,000.
