I attended kapsabet township primary school a school in our neighborhood where I grew up. Through my childhood and early adulthood, I have learned how to make a leaving in a number of ways. I finally settled in doing farming and in particular wheat and maize farming. We believe in collective responsibility, hardwork and teamwork for the success of the members and the community as a whole. The attributes of hardworking and being responsible is manifested in our children and they are therefore mentored. My main hobby is assisting the needy and the marginalized members of the community through a program called Give back to the Community.
My business involves cultivation and production of wheat and maize in small scale. Maize and Wheat are useful because they make up the biggest percentage of staple food among most of the communities in my country, therefore making them be highly demand able in the market across the year. The production cost per season is around 100 dollars and in return I manage to get a revenue of about 160 dollars per season. The profits I get I oftenly use it to expand the market.
This being planting season, I am going to buy maize seeds worth 3 dollars and Wheat seeds worth 2 dollars. I will require planting fertilizer worth 2 dollars. I will be delighted to hire 4 workers who are expected to carry out planting of the maize and Wheat. Each will be paid 1.5 dollars for the day's job. This will increase my chances of getting high harvest thereby increasing my annual profits.
