About Me

I am Gideon Mudenyo, a dedicated man who believe in the impossibilities. I know for a reason God created us with diverse gifts to benefit one another and if well utilised we can make our world a small heaven.

I work with the Grace Point Ministries based in Eldoret Kenya, on your way to Kimumu. Our main work involves partnering with the communities in training young ones on the skills which will enable them create income and employment for themselves and improve lives in our communities.

As a father am deeply moved by the future of our children and the entire generation over the perennial famine that our nation goes through every year due to unemployment and over relying on poor farming. As a strong believer in change and making lives better, I am commit myself to help in solving the problem.

Since we are experiencing much population influx in the Eldoret town as more young once move in towns in search of the greener pastures of which they are not guaranteed, after missing they turn into drugs, prostitutions, criminal activities and make our lives even much harder.

Through our small business we are able to help this young men train the skills and be a blessing to the community.

My Business

Apart from the welding and other building materials and skills that we do to raise young men, we are also adding the tailoring school. This will help create stable income and employment for our young generation that is quickly loosing hope.

Our major target has been training in welding & fabrication, but we felt the most females have been left out as not so many come in, but with the addition of Tailoring, we are going to reach all the groups and save our generation.

Manufacturing clothes through this school will spell a new beginning to the community living around Eldoret. Since all people have to put on clothes, this provides an opportunity for the big population in Eldoret.

Loan Proposal

We look forward to making more steel doors and windows that we will supply to many builders within and around Eldoret.

The Loan will help in buying more materials. The demand is so high and more often we are behind the schedule in supply due to the limitation of the funds. But with the funds we will be able to produce and supply more to the already market.

Eldoret being a cosmopolitan city with a high influx of people from other counties within this country face the shortage of housing. According to the county report, Eldoret falls short of 5,000 housing units every year. This provides the ready market for us if we are able to access more funds to help us

Our last loan, give an opportunity to 17 youngmen to acquire skills and constructively engage into building the economy of this country. Now they are independently working on their own.

Despite the shaking of the post election disputes, the business is still touching lives and providing the employment.

I lost my business for political reasons last year, my equipments were destroyed and have been forced to change the business and relocate to a new area. I would recover in the next few months since we have now put in proper structures

ONE of the greatest accomplishments with our last loan was to reduce the number of idle youngmen who have always been used by the politicians during election year like this. We full engaged the youths into creative activities, training them on the welding. We look into giving back to the community inform of training the skills to the youths which will indeed make them productive.

We were also able to widen our are of operation reaching out to different estate as our customers grew. This means people are trusting us more and more every other day.

It is true that the jobs are scarce in our country. Relying on our government to employ all of us is even more hurting as the government has only the ability to employ less than 10% of the entire population.

In my resent discovery, the economy will always be build not by those seeking employment but by those seeking to create employment.

I encourage our fellow Kenyans to full enroll into skills training of any kind and help us create employment for our young men and build the economy.

In the welding sector, we have been able to train the young men and release them to go and create employment to many as they help build their communities.

In the current going elections we have seen most of the young men that were trained in our hands fully engaged into the work rather than idling and being used negatively by the immoral politicians whose agenda for the nation is violence.

Let all of us step out and all help one another to create employment.

Thanks so much for the Loan you gave us. Despite of the election Phobia, the work is able to go on and keep these young men busy which helps them against engaging into the violent acts

2017 is a challenging year for this nation as Politics reaches the climax. This is the time the idol young men are abused and used negatively by the immoral politicians.

We are not keeping quite but want to grow, expand and involve this young men into this income generating activities to build our nation. We do not want to see the fightings experienced after 2007 elections. This time round we want to positively engage our youths in training of the welding, involve them in sales and marketing and in building of our nation.

Despite the challenges of competition, the loan given unto us in October really helped us feed in the demand and meet the customers expectation. This helped us to increase in our production and profits which we served many people surrounding us in Eldoret.

We were also able to recruit six more students that are undergoing the training which will help them create employment in their lives.

Zidisha program is a God send initiative to revolutionize the lives of many people especially the young that lie idle for no jobs and unfortunately being used by the dirty politicians for negative reasons.

The Loans help this group not only to rely on the government to employ them but to create the job opportunities and ask the government to protect them.

Personally I have seen my work grow as a result of the Zidisha help and currently we are able to win the admiration of many people around and they help market our products.
