About Me

I was born in a humble family in the village called Mkhweya in the year 1967. Being the third born in a the family of twelve children of which eleven were boys and one girl. My parents were practicing farming in a small piece of land of which we were managing at least one meal a day and sometimes we go minus meals. I started leaning in a near by public school of which in most days I was sent home in search of school fees. I used to look for casual jobs for me to pay my fees and also for my brothers. Since I was bright and a God fearing person I got some good Samaritan and assisted me in paying school fees. However , this kind of lifestyle made me to start my family at younger age. we started doing some small scale farming on rental farms and also stayed on rental houses which made me to work extra-hard to make my ends meet. People at this side is that ones you achieve the age of 10years and after being circumcised you can depend on your own. My children wishes to be Doctors,Teachers and Engineers, they wish to have a bright future

My Business

I do sell fertilizers to small retailers, maize and bean seeds to the locals around. Since my customers do not have enough money to buy goods in bullky they prefer to buy in small quantities. At this planting season I am having a booming business that I need to have more stock to maintain them. I chose this kind of business because the stock do not stay for long , so it keeps the money in rotation and the goods they are not perishable. The cost of one 50kg bag of fertilizer cost $ 50 and 10kg of maize seed costs $ 90 and one sack of beans costs $ 95. The revenue costs $13 per year and house rent of $ 10 per month. The profit earned I use them for paying school fees for my children and also for their daily basic needs.

Loan Proposal

Given the loan requested I will purchase goods of 50kg fertilizer $ 50 and also 10kg of maize seeds at $ 17. This will make my business to grow fast and also retain my customers and also will change my living standards.
