A highly determined and focused individual, who was brought up among five siblings through rather hard times in the rural area of Nakuru in Kenya. I did manage to go through school, excelling quite well to become a well experienced technocrat in multiple fields, from IT to Telecoms and now Real Estate
I am currently employed, and still runs side businesses in:
1. Real estate, involves construction and renting out of houses to low to medium income earners.
2. Health and fitness - I run a fitness center with a strong membership base. My employees have been doing a splendid job.
3. Provision of internet services in per-urban and rural areas, connecting remote shopping centers, schools and hospitals to the internet.
If awarded, all amounts of the loan will go towards finishing fittings on the newly constructed rentals spaces, before putting them into the market. The final touches have been delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
I look forward to earning approximately Kes 100,000 from the said units, and using a good portion of this sum to repay my Zidisha loan.
This property will serve to accommodate many small-to-middle income Kenyans, in line with the government's initiative for affordable housing programmes.
I will be able to supplement loan repayments from my salary since i am still formally employed. Thanks
