About Me

iam married having two children i live with them. i have two boys the first born called Husein he is 10 years old and the second one he is called Omar aged six years they are all in school the first born being in class five and the second one he is in class one.my occupation is self employed am running my own carpenter workshop in mtwapa making different type of furniture.my education background is form four (level) i started this business because i wanted first to be able to depend myself in the future and as well manage to meet my needs and my family.i do purchase different type of things at home like food for my family , clothing my family educating my children medicine and the rest do by little bit of timbers to increase my work that am doing in my workshop for the meantime intend to expand my workshop which is small for now but it has been doing very well in terms of business so many people are now buying furniture into my workshop but due to the lack of fund i can not expand it for now. but when my loan application wi9ll be approved by zidisha then i will expand my workshop so that i can be able to display more products and as well avoid these products from being on the sunshine where they get shrink. then i will use some of this loan as well to buy more stocks of timbers so that i can make more products and made them ready for sale.

My Business

my business is carpenter i have my own workshop and i make different type of furniture in mtwapa i make beds sofa sets chairs wooden doors stool doors tables etc.the demand is very high to my workshop because i make the best and good furniture which they do a tract so many peoples within and around mtwapa. i mostly sometimes get pop in clients who are not within mywapa but because of my good work the clients travels from a distance to come and buy home products from me.this business is profitable because i normall buy the best wood at a reasonable prices and after making the products and sell them i get most the best price that tops twice than the buying price.the risks of this business is during this months here here normally do rain and when it is like this then no clients or pop in clients that can have the movement to access to the workshop.my typical monthly cost is ksh 40,000 and my monthly sales revenues is ksh 80,000 this makes me in balance of ksh 40,000. as my monthly profit. so i therefore planning to use this zidisha loan that am applying to use this money wisely and so that i can expand my workshop increase more timbers in my workshop yard. and buy a cleaning wooden machine which will make my work easy. and after i have competing upgrading my workshop then i will be having a good target that will made me earn more money so that i can educate my family well by paying school fees feeding them well and clothing them. and the rest i will be be saving and repay the loan well without problem.

Loan Proposal

first i appreciate all the zidisha team for having improve my loan on time. am therefore going to use this loan on the expansion of my workshop by using amount of Kenya shillings 10,000 on sheltering my working place. then the rest i will use them on buying of different wooden materials or timbers and bring them into m workshop so that buy doing this it will make my business run into a smoothly way and into the profitable. because once i had the timbers my work will be to make the products and sell.
