My names are Johnson Mwaura. I was born in 1980 in Nakuru District, Njoro division. I joined my primary education in the year 1987 in a school called Egerton Primary School where I completed in 1995 and joined my secondary education. After schooling I found it very hard to stay idea and that when I thought of starting a project. I thought of farming project in the year 2000 but it was so discouraging because I was affected by the drought. I was so heart broken by the weather conditions where I dropped farming and thought of being employed where I got a job in the year 2001 at one of the local timber yard in Nakuru. At the moment I am a father of two boys and a lovely wife.
After that I started a business in Njoro as a grocer man whereby due to financial stabilities my business didn’t expand. In year 2002 December I went to Naivasha to visit my aunt where I borrowed haer some few cash and went in a Mwenda Andu driving school in year 2003 where I joined Matatu industry in 2005 as a driver. After surviving, we started a group called Oseredrico between drivers and conductors which I borrowed from the group 50,000 which I payed in a period of three months later I borrowed 130,000/= Kenyan money which I payed in a period of eight months. I have been moving on with this my group where I bought my own Matatu of my own which am working with it at the moment. But with all that I need zidisha to help me enroll me well in business. I had bought a second hand matatu and I want to make it better. I want to repair it so that it can be more conditioned. And to do so I need Zidisha to help me in that. Thank you.
First is to thank Zidisha Micro Finance for accepting me to join you. The main issue {aim} for me to ask for your support is enable me, to make my business that is my second hand vehicle to be in a good condition in that i will be able to be stable even financially. For this, i will take back my motor vehicle in a garage where it will be repaired or serviced so that it can be representable to the customers where as because it will be well done i will get more customers because of its demand and i will be able to pay the loan as first as possible. Thank you.
