I was born in mindhine village siaya county lake region, economic practice fish farming. I attended primary education at Awelo primary school (2008, 320/500 marks) took my secondary education at Esalwa mixed secondary school (2012, mean greadB+) went to kibabii university western kenya, studied Commerce finance option. Interested in agribusiness (fish farming) I have one fish pond and in need of financial support to boost my project
Rare and sell fish, Fish is cheap source of protein within the region, my passion to rare and sell fish is because i was born and brought up within lake region. It use $ 150 to buy fish food and supplements, then i use $5 for maintanance of the fish pond, when i harvest i sell the fish and obtain a profit of $75,which i reinvest in local poultry and pay my college fees
I will use the loan awarded to buy fish feeds and locally available feeding equipments, this will coast up to $20, the loan therefore will help me boost the amount in budget for this month. Proper feeding of the fish will help increase yield and therefore income, with good income, my living standard will rise, I will ensure steady flow of the fish in the kibabii region and therefore cheap source of protein to the people. The profit is expected to increase to 50% .
