About Me

ABOUT ME
I started my early education when I was six years old.My primary school was Emurua Dikirr primary in Narok county. I am first born in a family of ten, my father a peasant farmer use to work hard to see us through with all basic necessities. My primary school was far apart and I had to walk to and fro about 5 kilometres everyday. When i completed my primary level i joined Olomirani High school in Narok county for my secondary school level. Due to high cost of living and high demand for school fees I decided to engage in food business by hawking cakes and biscuits to my school mates during my free time using the little pocket money i received from my parents. At the end of my secondary level I had already gained experience and passion for business.I came to start my business when i joined college where i open a simple food kiosk around the students hostel. Our land is of Clay supporting most indigenous food among them sweet potatoes and cassava.our children aspire to be doctors, engineers, architects and business men. My unique hobby is motivating and encouraging youths in my community to leave their barbaric cultural practices like Female Genital Mutilation which is common among my Kalenjin tribe and maasai.
