About Me

Am paul sianzwi Angondi , i was born in 1974 in busia western region of Kenya. Am married and a father of four children . During my childhood i was able to get education of my primary levey and my secondary level i also hold a diploma in tourism. i overcame my hardship when i started a small cafe for preparing food stuff to be sold to the public where by i god the fund from my parents to start he business. After starting the small cafe i latter came to adjust it to a hotel which can accommodate like 30 customers while sited. The unique thing i have in my business is that the food stuff supplied are fresh and cooked every day and thus there is no any other hotel nearby. My children also have their own vision and they intend to be medics and nurses when they grow up. during my own time i like listening to secular music which make me feel relaxed.

My Business

My business i do make sure the food prepared is clean and good for human consumption so most of the supplier and orders made to cater for the day to day basis are all fresh during delivery. most commodities such as cabbages, milk, rice, potatoes kale's and tomatoes which i do use are all supplies while in good order . I choose this type of business because its a must for all human beings to eat and so far no any day my sale can be negative especially in hotels. The profit i make usually caters for my family needs and to buy all the stock of the food for the preparation of the following day.

Loan Proposal

I i will be given the loan i will be happy to buy 6 dishes amounting 33.3 US dollars also to buy 3 big sufurias (cooking materials) at a cost of 27.8 US dollars and also remaining money to buy sets of plates ,cups with 16.7 US dollars and repair my fridge with 11.1 US dollars for convenient storage of the perishable good that i have in the hotel and which cannot be used in the same day.
