I am Nyamekye Jacob Justice. I attended school in Techiman and completed my basic education in the year 2002 and proceeded to polytechnic to offer bakery.
Currently, life was very hard and no help as i wanted to continue my education to university. So,a friend introduced me to join Zidisha project to enable me take care of my family and at the same time combine my education to a higher level.
Bakery is my field and therefore i decided to have sell my products in a form of provisional store. The reason is that, in my community, they love to buy these commodities as food supplement and after days work my provision store serve a lot of people in my community.
During wedding and festive occasions i earned a lot from my bakery and soft drinks.
My culture is Fufu,Adowa ensemble, and kente clothes.
My hobbies are networking, music, football and swimming.
I wouldnt like my children suffer the way i did because we are now in a global village and am expecting to strive hard to uplift me children education.
l am currently operating a provisional store with assorted items like cakes, toffees, soft drinks of all kinds, milk,Milo, soap etc.
The demand is very high and very profitable because my people come to my shop always because am sole sale in the area.
My community is densely populated with about 30,000 people and therefore demand from my store is high.
I can sell between Ghs 4,000 and Ghs 5,000 per day sales.
The cost of my stock is between ghs 6,000 or ghs 7,000.
I need to invest into my provisional store to help my children and adopt some of the brilliant but needy children in my community when zidisha comes into my aid.
because food retail is my business i intend to use the loan to expand my business as well.
i would like to buy more products for retail and also use part of the loan to buy more goods for my products such as bread, donuts, all kinds of soft drinks, milo, soaps, sugar and many more. The total cost of these food products will be $7000-$8000 all in dollars.
The benefit of this loan is to help my community to get what they want instead of traveling far to the next town or city you easily get from my store and again help the needy in my community.
I want my business to becoming booming in my community where am expecting a daily profit margin at least from each products.
