I am a lady aged 27, the mother of one boy, 7 years old. I have 2 siblings, one older brother. I am daughter to a retired army officer (father) and a business lady (mother).
I have a diploma in library science. I chose to do business due to the limited job opportunities. I chose beauty as it is something I love. I do nail beauty. My services range from manicure and pedicures to gel polish and acrylics.
Being a single mum with no possible employment, I started a small business which eventually helped me invest in my new nail salon.
I live in Nairobi at Kahawa Wendani.
My hobby is singing. I am a musician and am currently working on my album, too.

I have a nail salon. I offer manicure, pedicure, gel polish, normal nail polish application and acrylics. With a high demand on beauty, class and quality, I found a need to offer these services. They are favorable, as they last up to one month, which is a plus as many clients don't want to keep coming back to the salon every week.
I chose this business because am in love with beauty.
The business is doing well, as it helps meet basic needs. All the same, I would love to expand so that I get higher returns.
I use the profits to facilitate my son's schooling and upkeep and general upkeep. I also ensure to put aside some savings.

I will buy a foot spa and a sterilizing machine. The foot spa costs ranges from 50 - 100 dollars and the sterilizing machine is 45 - 70 dollars.
I will purchase a foot spa worth 50 dollars and sterilizing machine of 60 dollars. It will enhance customer service and in return have more client inflow, which will automatically boost our cash flow.
