am Mary a wife a mother of one and a business woman I stay at kasarani-sunton some where called chieko and I have been staying here since 2007 n also have been UA customer for almost three week now so pliz help me to uplift my mpesa shop

    i managed to talk with Mary through the phone over her missed loan repayments but she assured me that she was going repay soonest possible. i also reminded her not to skip the scheduled repayment and urged her to adjust the amount whenever she feels not comfortable with the amount rather than skipping entirely.

Mary assured me, She was going settle her outstanding loan repayments after adusting her weekly installment amount to a more friendly amount she can manage after spending sometimes in the hospital nursing her younger sister.     Jambo! I've been able to communicate to Mary concerning her late repayments and I've observers through her reports that she was nursing her younger sisster in the hospital for quite sometimes but she has assured me to settle her account soonest possible. She has also told me, she had difficulties in making adjustment in her loan page since she invited her friend but unfornately used the same app with the same phone to login later she couldn't log out her friends details to enable her maintain her account but Ive advised her to uninstall the app and install it back again and see if it can be resolved.
