About Me

My name is Irene Adongo, I am the third born and the only lady in a family of four siblings. I started my primary school in the rural home in Siasa County before proceeding to Oyugis Town where I joined a Catholic girls high school.
After finishing my high school studies I later joined a community health centre to study as a social worker.
Due to lack of enough funds I had to drop out of the studies and with the little money I had I opened an mpesa shop to support my self and my family too.

My Business

I operate an mpesa shop and I get a profit of between 10'000Kes and 17'000Kes which helps me to pay school fee for my daughter, pay my house rent buy food and also support my mum then save the little amount left.

Loan Proposal

My business involves mobile money transfer services, i recently experienced a flock of customers into my Mpesa shop that were demanding for more services and since it had no money left that is why it was requesting for a higher loan from Zidisha.
