I was born of a civil servant father and a stay home mum deep in the village of mwimuto on the outskirts of Nairobi city.I started my formal education like any kid of the village at a village known as Ngorika deep in the Nyandarua hills facing the aberdare ranges.
My secondary school was Pumwani Boys H Schl, thereafter went to an electricity utility company and worked for seven years.I quit to start my hustling and with time I was able to get a loan to purchase a truck to supply building materials. The business has considerably grown over time and now I have three trucks.
I live in Mombasa which has a rich cultural diversity and the Indian Ocean,Fort Jesus are quite unique historical features. My children want to have their own destiny when they are of age.I play squash during my spare time.
Am in the transport business supplying construction materials to various clientele.
This include aggregates, river sand, building blocks and many others. These goods are in high demand due to the robust construction going on all over.
I chose this line of business due to the high demand for transportation and supply of the materials. My greatest costs are in the operations and maintenance of the trucks, wages and taxes. My revenue is relatively fair and the busier I am the better.
My profits are greatly utilised to educate my children and support my elderly mother.some of it also to support the less fortunate in society where i am educating two children who's mother is unable to educate them.
Hi once again i wish to thank all my lenders and any other potential lenders for your undying spirit over the lives of the less privileged in society. i wish to use my loan to increase my supply of fresh water to the neighboring homes because of the scarcity of fresh water in he locality as the water around is from boreholes and that might be a health hazard. with my little van i will use the loan to ferry water to my family as well as the neighbors for a little fee that will sustain me and my little business.
