My Business

Paris Medical is a business operating in the medical industry, based in Abuja, Nigeria. The company provides medical services and products to customers in Nigeria; this includes supply of medical equipment reagents and consumables, equipments repair and Maintenance etc.
In terms of ownership structure, the company is a limited liability company owned with all shares held by the founder Mr. Okolo Nnaemeka Hartson and Mr. Okolo Theophilous Chinonso.
We are located at No 16 Ibiyemi Adenle Street Chikapkere, Kubwa Abuja.
Paris Medical operates with five (5) staff which includes:
1). Managing Director.
2). Account unit
3). Marketer (2).
4). Engineer.
We partner with some reputable companies that deal with the supply of medical equipment reagents and consumable in Nigeria for effective and customer satisfaction.

Managing Director: The MD is responsible for running day to day company activity on this area below: the MD is responsible for the company’s local and international competitive bids, organizing and facilitating business meetings with heads of health institutions for supply of medical equipments and reagents, Responsible for sourcing products within and outside Nigeria, General discipline and motivation of the marketing staff.
Sales/Marketing Team: our sales/marketing team is charged with the responsibility of promoting our products and services by developing and executing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
This can be achieving through:
Developing marketing campaigns: The team may develop marketing campaigns to promote the business, such as advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, or content marketing. These campaigns may focus on promoting new products or services, promoting sales or discounts, or increasing brand awareness.
Building relationships with customers: The sales team builds relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, following up on customer inquiries and needs, and providing personalized recommendations and solutions. Building strong relationships with customers can help to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
Offering promotions and discounts: The sales team may offer promotions and discounts to encourage customers to buy products or services. These can help and increase sales.
Accounting Unit: our accounting unit is charged with the responsibility of managing our financial resources.
Here are some of the responsibilities:
Recording financial transactions: our accounting unit is responsible for recording all financial transactions that occur within the business. This includes recording revenue, expenses, and other financial activities.
Financial record keeping: The accounting unit is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Biomedical engineering services: This involves maintaining and repairing medical equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly and safely. It also includes providing training for medical staff on how to use the equipment effectively.
