I am a young man with big and great dreams of making it real good in life. I started my education journey at St. Paul’s Ol joro-orok in Nyandarua County in the central region of Kenya. In the year 2009, I secured a place in form one as per the Kenyan education system in Nyahururu high school. Four years later I managed to be ranked among the top performers in the school after scoring a higher grade enough to qualify me in joining any Kenyan university. Currently I am taking bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences with Information Technology in a local university in western Kenya. My passion in life is to leave an unforgettable mark in the business industry just like some renowned men and women of the world have done. I believe in providing quality business services to customers through innovation and strong dedication. I hail from a humble background with my parents and siblings playing a very important role of encouraging me throughout my life. I also take time out to socialize with friends and members of the community in order to understand the challenges being faced by many people especially in Africa and other third world nations.
My business idea came into mind right after completing my four years of high school education in Kenya. This was in the year 2012 and by January of the following year, I had already set up cybercafé shop in Juja area next to the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Currently my business is giving me encouraging profits ever since I started and my greatest wish as of at now is to embark in expanding it. I have seven desktop computers, two laptops, one printer, one photocopying machine and modern network connection system that are quite efficient. I mainly rely on the large university student and staff population who demand for internet and other cyber services such as photocopying, printing and laminating is quite high. I have employed one person to assist me in the running of the business especially taking into perspective that I am away at times on academic duties hence the need to have an assistant. From the encouraging rewards I am receiving from my business I have been in a position to pay my University academic fees at the same time touching the lives of other people in the society such as my younger siblings
The funds will be used to purchase two desktop monitors and a sighnboard to market my cyber cafe.I have done a market survey and come to a realisation that marketing is vital when wanting a cybercafe buisness to grow.Rest assured that the funds that you will give me will be put to good use.Thank you so much for taking your time to view my profile.
