Francis was reachable today and we agreed that despite being through some challenges he will repay very soon. He was happy to hear from us and even asked for our paybill number to repay the loan

Francis wasn't reachable. Spoke to his son Robert and he said he will check with him what problem caused a delay in repayments and address it.
