About Me
my name is sosten, a father of two and a graphic designer in Nairobi. I went to Kachibora Primary school in Ikolomani, Kilingo secondary school still in the same place and joined Zetch college in Nairobi where i studied graphics and designs.
After completing my education, i was given an opportunity by a very close friend to work with him in his own graphics shop to seek to gain some experience, i worked there for a period of three years and learnt a lot from him, i also saved the money that i used to get so that i could establish my own graphics shop.
After 4 years of perseverance and savings, i managed to open up my own graphics shop in town and i am currently doing my own busines
My Business
I do graphics and design kind of work in Nairobi town, the services that i provide includes designing of card, bill boards, banners, printing of T- shirts, and so on. This services are useful because for example in cases of wedding and funeral cards, people need to be invited to attend the ceremony and my role in that plays a vital role because i make the cards that are used for the invitation.
i chose this business because since i was a small kid i liked things to do with designing and this encouraged me so much to starting my own business in the same field
i generally use the income that i get to continue growing my business bu acquiring new equipment's and machines that i currently don not have and i require in my shop to make my business run smoothly.
Loan Proposal
i will us the loan to buy a bigger printer that will enable me to print large images of banners. This printer that i intend to purchase goes for 400 us dollars. Fund with some cash, i will be in a position to buy the printer because i have made some saving that will support me in buying the machine.
I will incur a lot of benefits because with the printer, i will be able to print large images and big banners that my customers are always asking for.
I expect a raise in income by 30 to 50 us dollars a single day
