Loan Proposal

With the loan provided, my intention is to add it on the capital that I have so far. Begin buying the necessary items fo setting up the 2 extra green houses; poles, nets, sprinkles and water pipes which amount to around Kshs. 50,000/- in all as I will be using locally available materials to set them up. The good thing about green house farming is that the production is controlled and quality assured with the right structures in place and therefore, with the current additions in place, i expect the profits margins to increase by another 40% more so because I will be doing onion and vegetable farming in the two green houses as well as supplimenting this with grafted mango farming which I had already began a few years ago and the trees have started producing mangoes this year. From the sale of the tomatoes, onions, vegetables and mangoes - I expect the profits to be at around Kshs. 80,000/- per month and growing over the next years.
