About Me

My Name is John, IT is my profession and thats my day to day life. I have always wanted to get into Matatu business but capital is the problem. Right now i have some savings of about $3500 and i need like $4000 to finish the project. I know so many people have let you down , some even now repaying the money but i promise i can pay my loan without failure because i have a stable source of income.

My Business

My main source of income is my Cyber Cafe business located along Kamiti Road. I also do CCTV and Access Control Systems installations. I also Develop Websites so my income is secure. I chose this business because of my profession and because i love Technology.
My income from the cyber is $25 per day (2500KES) which amount to about $750 per month.

For the Web Desing and CCTV Installations , the income is not constant, sometimes i get $300 - $800 per month.

So my total average income is $1200.
My expenses are ;
Internet Bill - $50
Sisters School Fees - $100 every two months
House Rent - $200 Monthly
Electricity Bill - About $80 Monthly
The profit ranges from $500 - $900

I use it for my business and savings.

Loan Proposal

This will help me grow my limit since this is too little to start a project. I hope you will continue having faith in me to lend me more and more. I will never let you down. But after i get the limit i will engage the project mentioned and proceed. I will make sure I used the loan proceeds for the aforesaid project and no other so as at the time of repayment I will not have problems repaying.
