My name is Carolyn,
I went to a primary school in Nakuru called Flamingo primary, then Later Menengai High school.I was inexperienced when i started my first job in Ilara dairies whereby due to the cold weather i got very sick and unlike others who quit i pressed on and got positive results out of it.
I started my own business through utilizing my salary well, not easy though but i have managed. And being a single parent and used to earning for my self i have to put more effort in everything that i do because i always want the best.I am employed by a reputable company.I also free lance in sales and marketing for various companies. So when i saw this site i thought that this would have been the best way for my growth in business..
I do sell goods that are used on a daily basis. For now i am selling Shaving machines that just need to be charged and so very convenient because we all shave at one time.
This business is good because any Adult at one point shaves. And the advantage of this shavers that i sell is that you just need to recharge them after use.
So people really like them.
Normally due to lack of enough funds i just buy few depending on how much that i have.My capital rotates between 30-35,000ksh because i also have to take care of my bills and that is a challenge.
I use the profits to pay school fees and food since i have a job that assists in paying fo house rent.
I am intending to still increase more stocks on the shavers that i have attached a picture of.They are moving well and now i want to get out of the area that i am working on by taking a leave from work to be able to clear my stock as fast as i can.
With direct sales you can not be able to always go back to the same customers because like in this case i am selling shavers which will take a while to wear out.The best way now to make more sales is to move out of the areas that i have been selling to other areas.
And that is my plan with the next loan.
