About Me

I was born in Kabwe. Am hardworking and eager to learn new things. I like helping others and like sharing business ideas. My parents died when l just finished my education and had to look after seven of my siblings. They have all finished school now and are independent. l am a single mom with two sons and l keep 3 girls who have been left behind by a cousin and they have no where else to go after their mother died. My first child is due for university and one of the girls needs to rewrite her grade 12.

My Business

I have a shop at Fridays Corner where l sell second hand wedding dresses and other clothes. I also hire out the dresses. l have now included an online shop to boost sales. I choose this business because of the demand in Zambia of second hand clothes. Most people cannot afford to buy brand new clothes and wedding dresses. The returns are very high and fast. I will use the loan money to finish setting up the online shop to sell new women clothing. I will use the profit to order more stocks and as grow l will start saving to pay tution fees for my sons and nieces. l have also started growin pototes as an additional source of income.

Loan Proposal

I want to add hair extensions and wigs to my second hand cloths shop. This will be an additional line of income. It will boost my sales. I will be buying the wigs via a whatsup group l have joined. We are getting the wigs at a wholesale price from China.
