About Me

My name is Alexiner omweri, i live in kisii county where i was born and raised, i went to sameta primary school then later proceeded to nyabigena secondary school for my secondary education,
after completing my secondary school i was not able to join college to future my studies because of our financial background, i used the time i had to learn a salon near our place, i was able to pick up a few skills which helped me secure a job in the salon, i was paid in commission so i was able to make much but the little i made i made sure to save it.
i worked in the salon for three years and i gain enough experience which has helped me in running my own salon.
i got married in the year 2015 and i have been blessed with a son, when am able to get some spare time i love spending it with my family because to me they are the most important people in my life.

My Business

i own a salon in kisii town, i have had the business for 2 and half years now. the main services i offer are blow-dry, hair setting, hair treatment, Braiding Hair, retouching manicure and pedicure. from my experience i learnt that the way you handle your customers depends on if they will come back, i have been able to build good trusting relationship with my clients and this has helped me maintain my customers for a very long time, i try my best to offer them the best services.
my expenditure in my month is as follows. i use kes 5000 to pay for rent for the premise where i run my salon in, i use kes 2500 for electricity bill, then all the products i use in a months cost averagely kes 15000. after ducting my expenses i can say i make a profit of kes 18000 in a month, i use my profits to pay my sons school fees, help in paying house expenses and save for future emergencies

Loan Proposal

am going to invest this loan in hair products for my salon, i will use this loan mainly to buy hair shampoo, and curl activator gel. they are the most important products in my salon.
