My nane is Mwenda Karisa Kemba. a resident of gede area. am a married woman and blessed with five children. Two of my children are married and the other three are still in school.I did not get a chance of finishing my primary school because my parents did not have enough money to pay for my school fees. So with my little education i could not get a better job so i decided to engage myself ito business. So i decided to start farming business. I plant Green vegetables, and when they are ready i sell them to the local people and also take them to the market. This business is good only if you are hard working. With what i get from this business i buy food for my family and other family needs.
My business is farming, I started this business in 2009 when i saw that life is going in the rough direction. This business is good and also profitable but needs alot of determination. My business deals with fresh vegetables. I plant the vegetables myself.I my farm i plant vegetables like sukuma wiki, mchicha and many other types of vegetables. Risks in this business are like when it rains heavily the vegetables are affected because they dont want too much of the rain water. With this business i get an income of ksh 30,000 per month. Through this business i have been able to pay school fees, carter for my family needs and to repay my previous loan. With the income i get i use ksh 5,000 for my family food, ksh 10,000 paying school fees And ksh 5,000 for any emergencies. so i save ksh 10,000 per month. With this savings i can repay my zidisha loan without any hardship.
Hello am glad that my profile has been approve and am now entitled to post a loan application. First i would like to thank the entire zidisha team for the hard work that uou are doing to help us with our businesses. Am a devorted business woman and i always want to meet my customers' satisfaction. With this loan i will make sure that i buy enough vegetable seedlings so that i can have enough vegetables to my customers. I will again buy manure so that my vegetables grow healthy and fast so i can harvest enough for my customers.
