About Me

Am an elderly woman, am married and blessed with five children. i live with my family here in Kongowea in my own house. My first child is a girl and she is now marrued and settled with her husband. The secon is a boy and he finished his secondary school and now doing a diploma in mechanical engenering. The third is a boy too and in form three fourth and fifth are twins and both in form two.I always work hard to make sure that my childern get good and quality education that i did not. I have a rent house that have been helping me and my family in our daily life.My husband died leaving me with the responsibility of the childdren care. So with the incme i get from the house i can use for my children upkeep. With the income i get i buy food for my family, pay school fees and other family needs.

My Business

My business is a rent house, i have twelve room house and i rent ksh 2,500 per room. This business is good and profitable and am now in the middle of building another six room house. This is a good business as its a long lasting business. I live in the Mombasa county where there are so many people so i get tenants coming looking for rooms so i alway have cutomers. In a month i get an income of ksh 30,000. Risks in this business includes, when a tenant leaves without paying rent. With the income i get from this business i use ksh 5,000 for my family food, ksh 10,000 for school fees and ksh 5,000 is for my family's other expenditures. So i save ksh 10,000 per month. With this amount i can repay my zidisha loan if granted.

Loan Proposal

Hello, am so glad to have reached this far, My thanks to the entire zidisha team for the hard work done in my application. With this loan i want to finish my rent house which is in its final stage. So with this loan i will buy plyboards worth ksh 25,000, ceiling nails worth ksh 1,000 and i will use ksh 5,000 for lourbor charge. So with this house i will have added value to the business and i expect more income to my business.

Hello my dear lenders and the entire zidisha team for the wonderfull duties you are doing improving people's businesses and lives. Am so sorry that i have not been able to do any of my repayments so far. This is because i have been in tough situations lately which hindered me me from my normal business duties. I therefore wish to resume my payments by October when i will have fully resumed my business activities. Am so sorry and again wish to thank you for the patience.
