About Me

My name is Riziki Suleiman ama resident of mtwapa and a busineslady in mtwapa as well.Am a single mother of two living with them here in mtwapa. my first born is a boy, he is thirteen years old and in class seven and the second is a girl and she is ten years old and in class four. My educational back ground is a secondary school dropout, i left school while i was in form two because my family did not afford my school fees. It was a butter ending as i has my high hopes of doing better. I had to start the search of a job. But due to my low background all the jobs i got were under paying. I thought of stating my own business. I first started a salon, which later i opened a ration shop.Wioth these combined businesses my life is now ok as i get my family requirements and am able to pay for my children's school fees.

My Business

Am a serious businesslady, doing my business here in mtwapa. I have a combination of a salon, and a ration shop. With the salon i do this business in the heart of the town. Its situated in a good business place and am confident to say its doing good. With this business i get an income of ksh 15,000 per month after my expenses. risks in this business is that Mtwapa mostly rely on tourists and when its a low season this business is also affected. And with the ration shop, in my shop i sell all types of house hold stuff like food stuff, laundry products, beauty products and many things. With this business i get an income of ksh 10,000 per month With the combined businesses i get an incme of ksh 25,000 per month. With this amount i use ksh 3,000 to pay my house rent and ksh 5,000 for food for the family, ksh 4,000 paying rent of both the salon and the ration shop, i also pay ksh 3,000 for school fees. So i save ksh 10,000 per month.

I am a VM. I phoned Riziki today 2.26pm. She had a difficulty pregnancy that disturbed her business operations greatly. However, she had her relative do some two repayment transactions for her on her phone within last 3months. I explained that they did not reach zidisha. She is to follow up with the relative.

Hello first i would like to thank you for helping us with financing our businesses, Second i would like to apologize for delaying in repaying my installments so far. This is because i got sick and was admitted for two continuous months, something that made me close my business for awhile. I thank Andrew for visiting me at my rural home in Malindi. I would therefore like to resume my repayments by October since i will be back to my business by then. Again am so sorry and would like to thank you for your patience.

    Dear lenders,

Thank you for your patience as we contact Riziki regarding her past due repayments. We have reached out to Riziki during the past few months with no result. We've enlisted the help of Andrew Kambi, who helped her post her loan application. Andrew also tried to contact her via phone over the weekend but was unable to contact her. He plans to visit her in the next couple of days to learn more about her current situation. We will keep you posted as we know more.
    Regards,
