Am a married woman with 3 children.One is in the university while others are still in high school.My husband works at shipping lines as an accountant.I live at kikambala town which is in kilifi county in mtwapa location.I am a business woman.I work in multi levelling business from tiens company which comes from china.I completed primary and secondary education then joined the college and did computer.. I hve always had the visoin of being independent and employing my self, this made me to start my own business.I use my business earnings to buy food staffs for my family and save the rest for business growth.

My Business

My business is a diary farming.I sell fresh milk to people.Fresh milk has iron and proteins.Many parents buy milk for the growth of their children.Most people prefer to buy from me because i sell fresh milk and there is no competition in the area.The risks involved in this business is that if you do not treat cows well when they become ill, they die and you incure heavy loses.I sell around 26 litres of milk per day at 60 shillings per litre and thus 1,560 shillgs cash per day so i get 46,800 shillings per month.I buy in dairy meal for the cows after every two weeks at 4,000 shillings thus 8,000 shillings per month.I pay 7,000 shillings to a work staff every month.I buy in treatment medicine worth 4,000 shillings per month.After all calculations i make a profit of 27,800 per month.

Loan Proposal

hello.am so very thankfull to all zidisha staffs for giving me this wonderfull opportunity to become a zidisha member am so gratefull.I will use this loan to buy food for my cows and make sure they get treatment as well.In that well wolud have ensured their health is in good condition and am sure that more milk will be produced hence an increase in daily income.
