My Business

i started business back in 2011 when i finished college and realized there's less job avenues in Kenya. i borrowed my dad a soft loan of 20 000 kenya shillings and invested in agriculture. after two farming seasons specializing in horticulture, i used my savings to buy a motor bike taxi at a cost of kshs 120 000. i used the bike to do taxi biz whist i increased my farming input to enable me get more profit. after another two season, late last year, ow as able to buy another bike. i now employ two people to do the taxi business. i m interested to buy a third bike at a cost of 100 000 and with my kshs 70 000 savings,i can be able to buy it. the. if i buy another bike,i will register a taxi company and and now qualify for more grants. my business so far earns me a net prof of kshs 1500 per day and another 10 000 per month from farming. i use a larger junk of the money to pay school fees for my advanced diploma course at kisii university.. please help me raise the remaining kshs 30 000 so that i can advance my business.
thanks a lot.

my loan i received few months ago indeed helped me expand my motor bike tax business, i added another bike which helped my customers get reliable services from me.
Now everyone talks of my business progress which to me don't know how to explain about it, thank you my lenders from zidisha who have helped me realize my dream.

Hello Mageto, can you please ask Simon Momanyi to give us an update on his loan? We have not received any communication or loan payback from him in a while. Thank you for your help.

Am not able my pay my early installment, this is due to the few problem i have been under going for the past few months. Now that am back to my business would like to pay such till i regain. The loan that i received helped me expand my business, despite the ups en down. The money helped me add another motor bike thus increasing return.

Am happy for zidisha loan i received, the loan helped me expand my business since i was able to buy another motor bike hence increasing my business.
I am now able to pay for my degree program at Kisii university, pay for my young sister school fee and support my parents in providing basic needs. Am praying that God bless those who sacrificed there money to help me and that where they got it from let them get double.
