About Me

my names are Beatrice tumaini kahindi. i live in mtwapa Kenya. am a mother of one child. a boy he is name is called pascal. he is years of age. live with my family together this include my father and my mother. am not married but i have one child whom i look after him. since am a single parents.my education background is form four . after finishing my secondary level then few years later i joined a near by teaching collage where i obtained my teaching certificate. after this collage i got a job in the city where i worked as customer care a job that i did it for few years before i decided to leave the job and start y own business which it has been running up and down for the last three years now.this business had been playing a better role to my life since it has been the only source of income that am depending to enable me sustain my living standard. i started this business because i wanted to make sure i earn a good amount of money of which it could made me sustain my living standard for the future and make sure i get money that could allow me schooling my son

My Business

My business deals in selling of second hand goods. The business is loacted in Likoni at Majengo Mapya. The goods that i deal with are women wears like dresses, blouses, skirts etc, men wear like trousers shirts, shorts e.c and children wears. The demand for this goods are high because most people in Likoni live a middle class lifestyle so buying new they find it very expensive compared to the second hand goods i do offer which are cheaper.
The customers prefers my business because of the availability of the goods they need and the fair prices i do charge. The business is very profitable because of the increase number of customers flocking in to ms busines premise to buy the goods.
The risk my business faces is the increase of tax imposed on imported second hand goods this will make me to increase the prices i charge but currently the import duty its favourably.
My typically monthly cost is Kshs.25,000/= and sales are Kshs.45,000/= of which i get a profit of Kshs.20,000/= which i do pay basic needs, do some litle savings and the rest i use to add goods to my business.

Loan Proposal

Hello, zidisha, thank you so much for accepting my loan application. My many thanks to all who made my loan application a success. With this loan i want to add more second hand clothes to my business. With this addition i will be in a good chance of earning more income to my business. this will mean more profit and this will help me to pay my loan effectively.
