About Me

Thank for this opportunity. My names are Ali Mwanyae Zia. I am a married man living at Mikanjuni in Mtwapa near Mikanjuni Primary School. I did my primary exam and attained a Kenya Certificate of Primary education when i did my final class eight exam. Then i did my form four national examination and got a certificate of Kenya secondary Education. After that i was not able to further my studies because my parents were not able to offer the fees. I have no any occupation and that's why i started my small business of food cafe. Also i started this business because of the life i face in terms of handling my family as a married man, the children and wife needs to get daily bread every day. I also thought that even if i did not finish to prosper with my studies but i can do something that will make me earn something I normally use the earnings to take my children to school and provide for them clothes, food take care of their health. I also use it to help my brothers kid by paying school fees as he is also not in a position to provide.

My Business

My business is comprised of selling of food products, Such as i cook food like ugali wish fish, fried meat, roasted meat, pilau, rice. I also prepare chapati, tea and offer drinks to my customers. There is a big demand for this business as it is situated along the road side in the centre of the village. It is also a place where many people work nearby that area and there are many people pass across. My customers are impressed by my services as i offer good food and offer to them in an affordable price, quality foods and cleanliness is maintained. It is profitable because when and once i sale and at the end of the day i get a good profit from it. I incur risks like if the food cooked for that day do not get customers then i run at a loss. The costs are transport costs when i go to buy the commodities from he market, charges of electricity, county council charges. and rent for the place i operate. i also get a profit that is good but its not that stable as sometimes it fluctuate. This is why i thought the option of asking of a loan from Zidisha people so that i can be able to expand it. Doing so to expand my business i will be able to meet all my vision and goals as i struggle to live a happy life and even help others as i already do to my brothers kid. I hope to read from you and believe my wish shall meet the best consideration

Loan Proposal
