my business is cooking chapatis in the morning and selling.I have a place where i cook and do all my business. There are many people working for the pwani oil company whom take breakfirst with chapatis. Most customers prefer my chapatis because i cook them with eggs, they are fresh and hot, clean place where i prepare them and offer credit to my customers. There is alot of competiton and the people you give credit may not pay in time.
