I am Kibet Eliud born in a family of four children and went to Nakuru primary school and later joined njoro boys high school.i completed my education without any hardship.i started facing hardship when i finished university,i searched for job for two years until i was tired and that is when i started thinking of starting my own business.the unique thing in my town is the great rift.in my past time i always like to meet my friends for more advice's in life.I am now with family.I have a lovely wife who is expecting our first born child.
I sell blocks for building houses in my plot.this blocks are useful to the community and in high demand because many people are doing construction investment.i choose this kind of business because i saw many people going far to buy blocks so i decided to bring this blocks near to the people.i sell around 10,000 blocks in a day, which i make KES 3200/- a day as profit.By making this profit i am able to pay my workers, pay my young sister school fees and save for my future investment.I now have a family and iam also taking care of them from the business.I have invested back to business and iam able to produce more than 20,000 blocks a day.
I plan to buy working gears for my employees in order for them to stay safe.Safety is a priority for my four workers.I plan to buy four helmets and four overalls. The total cost is $ 140.I want my workers to feel well cared for and their safe while working in my block making yard.It brings in a professional edge as well as makes workers happy.
